I hold ASQ CQE & CHA (Certified HACCP Auditor) certifications, and my recent training includes FSSC22000 and BRCGS Lead Auditor, Global GAP implementation, Better Process Control, and Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance (PCQI). My experience encompasses ingredient technology, quality management, and food safety evaluations, as well as GMP inspections, Trade Age Management, and writing technical documents for the Food and Beverage Industries, including raw material and supplier approval. I am dedicated to providing consulting services that focus on personnel training in GMP and HACCP, along with ingredient and product knowledge.
