My experience
For the past 13 years, I have been a full-time supplier auditor, auditing ingredients, raw and packaging material facilities.
I hold ASQ CQE & CHA (Certified HACCP Auditor) certifications. My recent training includes FSSC22000 and BRCGS Lead Auditor, Global GAP implementation, Better Process Control, Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance (PCQI).
My experience includes Ingredient Technology, Quality and Food Safety evaluations, GMP inspections, Trade Age Management, SOP and SSOP writing, technical writing for the Food and Beverage Industries, raw material and supplier approval. I am focused on personnel training on GMP and HACCP, ingredient and product knowledge.
My exposure to GFSI standards gives me the understanding about the implementation of necessary programs to ensure compliance.
Prior to auditing full-time, I spent 24 years in quality of finished products, raw materials, packaging materials and personnel training.
Our history
The day I retired was the day I realized I wasn't done. For years, I have been passionate about food safety and quality. The idea of stopping cold was unthinkable. But that shock became a catalyst. It forced me to ask: What if I didn't stop? What if I channeled everything I learned into a new mission? That's when WRLYMANGROUP Consulting
was born. I have taken my more than three decades of experience and am now helping Clients to get ahead. If you need an objective and experienced consultant, I'd be honored to share what I have learned.
